If you have any defective chargers/cables in a quantity of more than 5 pieces and wish to return them, please inform us in advance. We will arrange a pickup from your shop through our courier partner.

*Return Courier Charges:*
If the return quantity is more than 5 pieces, the return courier charges will be borne by us.

If the return quantity is less than 5 pieces, the return courier charges will be borne by you.

Once the returned goods are received, we will inspect them.
After inspection, as per your preference:
